Aftermath of 2004 Fire

University Ridge is an off-campus apartment complex located across from Bowman Field, near Downtown. The current building was constructed in 2005, on the same site that a former building of the same name was completely destroyed by a fire on February 25, 2004. The fire was started when a resident's shower curtain was lit on fire by unattended candles.
