Description

The Reserve at Clemson is an apartment complex serving Clemson University students. The property is set on rolling hills at Highway 93 and Vickery Drive, about 2 miles north of the Clemson campus. The Clemson Area Transport (CAT) bus "red route" to the University, which comes by every 15 to 30 minutes when class is in session, comes onto the property and stops at the clubhouse front door.

The Reserve at Clemson offers 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom furnished apartments, with per-person contracts. Utilities such as cable, Internet and water are included in the rate; electricity is billed separately. The community features two swimming pools, a two-story clubhouse with fitness center, wi-fi coffee lounge, game room / TV lounge and computer lab.

In November 2010, The Reserve at Clemson was purchased by The Scion Group, which also operates student apartment complexes at other schools including the University of South Carolina, University of Georgia and Georgia Southern. The address for The Reserve at Clemson is 103 Sumter Lane, Central SC 29630.
