Daniel Square
Daniel Square is located behind Clemson House on Daniel Drive and is in walking distance of campus. Daniel Square offers two styles of housing:
- 1 floor apartment with two bedrooms
- 2 story townhouse with two bedrooms and 2.5 baths. One room is a Master Bedroom.
There are several restrictions, such as no pets, no kegs, and only propane grills allowed. In addition, parking is limited and offers very little visitor parking. Daniel Square was the site of the infamous 1999 "Riot Party" during which several police cars were pelted with beer bottles and one was almost flipped over. This ruckus managed to make it on to CNN's Headline News. Daniel Square was a very popular "block party" scene in the late 1990's and early 2000's, but it has since quieted down.
